It should be said right away that eggs will not increase blood cholesterol. Excess cholesterol is excreted on its own, and is disposed of only if there is vascular inflammation. Eggs are not harmful to healthy people, they are a storehouse of vitamins and minerals. So, it's 4 weeks for me.

In the first 7 days you have to adjust to the change in diet:

  • for breakfast, always half an orange or grapefruit, as well as one or two hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs;
  • for lunch: fruit you want (from allowed), or boiled chicken, turkey and tomato, or fresh cheese 9% fat plus one tomato, a piece of cheese, two loaves;
  • dinner: a piece of boiled pork, skinless chicken, turkey or beef, plus a salad of lettuce or tomato, cucumber or vegetables, two loaves of bread, two boiled eggs.

  • for lunch and dinner - the same, but you can add lean fish.

The third week is shocking. Dietary changes:

  • any fruit in any quantity is allowed on Mondays;

  • Wednesday: any fruits or vegetables, but not in one common meal;
  • on Thursday: boiled or stewed fish and cooked vegetables or lettuce;
  • on Friday: lean meat and vegetables in any quantity;
  • on Saturday and Sunday: any fruit of what is allowed by the heart.

The last 7 days have been interesting. During the day, you must eat four slices of chicken, beef or fish, a slice of cheese (100 g), 1 orange or grapefruit, 4 cucumbers, 3 tomatoes, 1 toast. All this must be arranged during the day. Drinking without restrictions.

The curd version of the diet is not far from the one with eggs. The only difference is that instead of eggs you need to eat low-fat cottage cheese of 150-200 gr. in one go. The first and second weeks include a boring breakfast of half a fruit and cottage cheese. But you can take turns taking eggs for breakfast.
